You will be in ABSOLUTE QUIET with a plot of 7000m2 of flowers and trees and a view of the Pyrenees which amazes you.

The villa is ideal for 7 people. but it is possible to accommodate 8 people. It is made up of 3 large bedrooms (1 double bed and 5 single beds with the possibility of being twinned) as well as a comfortable space with a sofa bed for two beds. A travel cot is also available for your baby. 

The kitchen is very functional and appreciated. This very cheerful room opens onto the south terrace. You have all the comforts: oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and all the practical small appliances.

The landscape from the south terrace is magical. You will enjoy having breakfast there at daybreak

The silence and magic of the night from this terrace will prepare you for a good sleep. At midday you will be cooler under the north terrace, especially in summer.

The house does not need air conditioning. Its old walls keep the house cool all summer.

The living room will seduce you with the peace you feel by the fire in winter with its beautiful fireplace.

There are no facilities for people with reduced mobility, but there is wheelchair access to the house allowing them to move around inside the house. Large and beautiful bathroom.

Bicycles are available for free. Villa Le Paradis-Saint Frajou offers you comfort and quality. Smoking is not allowed inside.

The environment is simply wonderful. In the foreground you have the Saint Frajou lake and the Salherm forest and in the 2nd ground the Pyrenees mountain range... A living picture before your eyes. You will appreciate its beautiful swimming pool as well as the flowery and wooded setting which surrounds it. Since it is covered, the water starts to be pleasant from March until the end of November.

The town of Saint Frajou is close to the Ariège Pyrenees regional natural park. 1 hour from Saint Bertrand de Comminges, Auch and Toulouse, and 1/2 hour from Saint Gaudens, there are numerous possibilities for concerts and events. Various activities await you in the surrounding area.

Saint-Frajou is a small, dynamic village located in the Haute-Garonne department. You can visit its painting museum. Its miraculous fountain and its lake are accessible on foot.

20 mins. is Samatan, the city of foie gras and Boulogne sur Gesse with its lake and market. 10 minutes away is L'Isle en Dodon for your daily shopping. I will give you my little secrets for local restaurants and addresses of producers as well as markets around the house.
